Return & Exchange Policy

Returns with original receipt


1. General Conditions

  • Return Window: 14 days from delivery date.

  • Customer-Paid Returns: Buyer covers return shipping costs.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and artisan integrity, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized/custom-made items (e.g., monogrammed bags).

  • Natural products (opened beurres de karité, essential oils, or teas).

  • Pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).

3. Approved Returns Process


1. Request Authorization:


o Email contact@ginetteluxurycrafts.ca with:

  • Object: return

  • Order number

  • Photos of unused item(s)

o We’ll issue a Return Authorization Code (no returns accepted without this).


2. Shipping Back:

 

  • Use a tracked shipping method (we’re not responsible for lost returns).

1. Refund Timeline:

 

  • 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

  • Original payment method only (excluding return shipping costs).

4. Exchanges & Store Credit

Prefer an exchange? We’ll waive one restocking fee if you choose:

 

  • A different size/color (subject to availability).

  • Store credit (+10% bonus as goodwill).

5. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and provide:

  1. Full refund, or

  2. Free remake (for handmade items).

6. Special Notes for Natural Products

  • Beurres/huiles: Due to temperature sensitivity, we recommend checking upon

delivery. Refunds only for sealed, defective items.

  • Handmade variations: Slight imperfections (e.g., stitching variations) are part of

the artisan’s unique touch and not considered defects.
