Returns with original receipt

1. General Conditions

Return Window: 14 days from delivery date.
Customer-Paid Returns: Buyer covers return shipping costs.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and artisan integrity, we cannot accept returns for:

3. Approved Returns Process
